Keep thinking big and bold. Don't be short-sighted and lose long-term vision for innovation. Invest in your people, grow them to leaders.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's a great package all around. The pay is definitely high for the area, and the insurance is some of the best I've had in a while.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher base pay and 401k matching

Current focus is on projects that aren't counted as "level-up" projects for promotion and thus by definition getting left out of the promotion ladder

Compensation was probably the biggest struggle in my time with outreach. We struggled for standardization in review and range of comp. We've made drastic improvements in the last year but there's more to be done here to remain competitive

Everyone is very sharp and contributes, but they are also very humble and easy to work with considering how obviously talented they all are.

We have created a culture of positivity and diversity; Outreach is the first company where I have felt both encouraged and expected to bring my whole self to work. The environment feels comfortable, and I have had no issues being "out" at work.
