Great leadership very healful and caring.
There is always fairness and communication
Very open communications. Excited to work on improving processes for cross-departmental collaboration. Laser focused on customer needs

Making decisions and not petty infighting.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Excellent healthcare benefits, unlimited PTO that you're encouraged to actually use, Headspace and Citibike memberships
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is based on favoritism and all recruits are often lowballed on salaries.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We trust each other to bring up issues openly and to collaborate to solve them
The people and the mission. The people are dedicated to the work they're doing and look forward to working together. And, everyone is motivated by the mission, and you get to see the impact the work has on the healthcare space and on patients.
