The people and the mission. The people are dedicated to the work they're doing and look forward to working together. And, everyone is motivated by the mission, and you get to see the impact the work has on the healthcare space and on patients.

It was very interactive but with a small team

We solve a real need for our consumers and solve it well as evidenced by an extremely high NPS
