It is a very unfair and discriminating environment to work in, the GM is very unproffessional as well as disrespectful, will compare you to other employees when those employees don't even work in the same position.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the pay is not worth how im mistreated and held back in the job while others who are more favored get better opportunities when im expected to do everything my coworkers ask of me even busy; if i miss one thing they go to the GM and theyre very rude to me about it saying u cant do whatever
