What did you like most about the interview process?

Meeting new and different people

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Communication, participatinng in contributing to new ideas to better the opperation.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Not training people properly, making manager training to difficult and not having a training leader present, no one on one training.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Force people to enroll in promotions when they are not ready, management on all levels do not develope people to get them ready for training.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was not given proper training and was not developed enough as a shift leader. Then was placed under enormous stress and pressure when sent off to training.
