Where I live we're understaff but expected to do all of our tasks correctly and quickly. However due to being understaffed we're constantly overworked that making mistakes is inetible. They are all understanding people but unfortunetly, our managers are not. They tend to execute their leadership poorly

How the employees tend to carry themselves. From the way they ask questions and help each other from what they learned

Having going through the rough day together and having a bit of a celebration by playing our music as we clean up
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Due to the covid vaccine, some are hesitant to get vaccinated. Its understandible. Especially to people who are religious and of color. Such cases like the Tuskegee Syphilis Study or the beginning use of birth control. It disgusted me how my co-worker was disrepected because of her religious belief
