Picking people to lead, they just let anyone and even though so many people have complained about one of our pics they refuse to fix the problem
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to work on respecting each other and minding their business, also micro managing from people who arent my manager even though i do my job perfectly well needs to stop
