My co-workers really. Just about everything else is awful.

Hiring managers that actually care.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing currently. The manager at my store is awful and most people dread coming to work because of her inability to actually do her job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish vacation time wasn't only dependent on hours worked. If someone has been there 5+ years they should have a guaranteed weeks worth of PTO.
