What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The smiles and pretend comradetie

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I couldn't tell you, you have to work for 6 months before they offer anything

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Looks are deceiving, the company wants you to work as hard as possible to determine your worth there.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Learn how to train supervisors, not throw them in random departments each day and expect them to retain the hands-on information you're attempting to teach

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Honesty and communication. The employees will give little leeway in errors, but say "it's ok " or "let me get it" instead of correcting your mistakes.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

The potential candidate should be fully reviewed before calling them in for an interview. This company uses a job board, and tells you to come in & interview before processing an actual application on their website. Shady practice, it should've been a red flag
