Not enjoyable. The training video talks about rejecting bias and being friendly, yet some managers don't engage with all the employees. Each employee will watch for your mistakes to correct you, then critique you without telling you that its conditional employment

That I got interviewed before even filling out an application on the company website. Weird, huh?
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I would have to stay employed 6 months to get them. I made it two weeks.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Social skills. I was told I was fired, I wasn't even told there was a completion list to secure thr job. She could've said "let go" "taken off the schedule", anything other than trying to get a reaction from someone. Employees are short and not friendly until you know what you're doing.
