My coworkers are nice but the management is the worst ive ever seen in any job ive ever had

They need to learn how to talk to people and treat their emplyees with respect and accomodate their employees
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The manager needs to learn how to treat others how she wants to be treated. Because as it is she doesnt treat her subordinates with respect.
