What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Costumer service is usually pretty good.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was very strait forward

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I'm not sure as I have not paid very much attention.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Training. Training. Training. Firing people who are power hungry and unnecessarily mean might help to.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Communication without being disrespectful. I've tried my hardest and I can't communicate with anyone without being treated poorly other than my assistant manager.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

GM is failing my team greatly. There is a large lack of compassion and I'm far from the first main morning front person who feels this way and is ultimately going to quit because of it.
