The worst experience ever i would think i would love this job until i got bullied for two entire months by other staff and specially alejandro garcia store manager at ayala and renisancee location in rialto he bullys all younger women and acts as if he's so nice when the area mamager comes around

Some girls were nice but all shift leaders and managers are so mean
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just treating emplyoes kindly would of made me stay but clarrisa and alejandro garcia made my life the worst working at that job they made me feel worth less and helpless
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to stop the bullying and bad attuide they all have all shift leaders have a bad attuide alejandra garcia makes all employees feel bullied because he makes the shift leader tell the new people mean stuff he thinks bullying is okay and its really not okay that is the reason i quit this job
