My direct manager is very unfair. I am a college student and told her when hired my school came first and she agreed. Now that its finals time she refuses to cut back my hours and let me off for studying. She wrote me up because I told her a week in advance I couldn't work a certain day.

Good co-workers and a manager that would work around my scheduled.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They said they would work around my school schedule (but unfortunately during crunch time they did not).
