Honestly working in panda express was not as i expected. I have worked in other fast food jobs and have not felt such disrespect in my life. I know i have only worked at panda for a few months but i cannot stand my mangers attitude and disregard for his employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k is slmething that is really rewarding in the long run.

What makes me most happy to work is my coworkers because they make the bedt of my shift.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felr cery comfortable in the beginning of it all. It was a very calm and safe interview.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Something about my our team is that we are always able to help esch orher out when we need it. Regardless if we are busy or not there is someone always there to lend a helping hand.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
If i am being completely honest what we need is a change in our manager or at this point someone new because i have never felt like i couldnt speak my mind. It is something that needs to change as of now!
