My overall work experience has been difficult in regards that I feel that my work environment is very toxic and uncomfortable for me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team strongly tend to help each other put efficently.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My liking towards my leadership team is very limited but i can very much say they are very efficient.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued for the fact that i show proper respect to everyone within my workspace and that not much respect is recieved on my end and i would feel better if I was seen as an important actual team member not just any one who's worthless.
