The chef and a few non-Spanish coworkers strive to help out and actually work as a team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
needs to enforce that the team works as a team and not just everyone only does their assigned task and then nothing else. Management needs to give employees an equal amount of work hours and not take all the hours for themselves. Management doesn't give a chance to grow even if the employee asks.
