they lazy. most of the time has no team work

because its time to earn money but it the same time that you need to meet some coworkers thats is back fighter
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
ever since i worked at panda i dont have any panda sick hours. and my manager she told me that she increased my hourly rate to 15$ and she show me some stuff that is about my raised. and after a month i checked my adp i saw that my hourly rate is 14.75$ per hour only.
