Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Our company is working to take several different entities operating under various management methods and bring them together as one. We have not seen the full benefits of that happening just yet, but we can already see improvements for the better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary and PTO are tied for best parts.

The visibility that we have with the various town halls. Also enjoy CEO visits.

The possibility of how our company can continue to grow and improve beyond who we are today.

Achievement. When we get to a milestone of some sort and see the fruits of our labor.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The overwhelming majority of Parker employees are very pleasant people. And another positive is that our leadership team has created lots of transparency throughout the different business entities within the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team was not involved in the running of and future of the business. Allowing to participate in the process of both has unlocked a level of caring and contribution that were previously unseen. We had employees hiding in plain sight.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team involves all employees in what is going on in the business. Also, all of our business discussion tie back to the customers in one way or another. And our customers, their needs, and how we are filling their needs be the larger portion of any conversation with leadership.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most Parker people that I have met are very positive about the company and have been with the organization for a while. Many of which have moved into at least one escalating role. And also many of which have moved from one region of the world to another for an escalating opportunity.
