Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I am due a promotion, I am thankful to the management for giving me great opportunities to grow professionally and I am being recognized as a Talent, now I feel that I need to be rewarded financially too. Overall job satisfaction is there.
