I have been committed to Parker for a long time and I've always enjoyed the opportunities the company has provided me. Like everything else in life, I think there are areas we could improve on, but overall, it has been and is today a positive work environment with plenty of opportunity to grow.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
The amount of information they share with everyone about the goals and outlook of the company seems to ensure everyone feels that they are part of the plan.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That it pays out every two weeks. The medical benefits are the worse that I've seen since I've been with Parker, the 401K match hasn't improved since I've been with Parker, and the bonus structure lacks (only grades 14 and above qualify). I belief many of our peers do better in these areas.
