I have been here slightly less than 2 years, and so far, so good. Familial atmosphere, a lot or diverse set of deliverables and work. never bored, always learning.

Very approachable, caring, no conflicts, mutually supportive, understanding.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable, down to earth people, and all are open door management style. Very dedicated for the company too. Care for people, and manage on the field.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels like a family, at least in our head office and also within our Global HR function. People are encouraged to take initiatives and own their deliverables.
What makes you most happy at work?
Diversity of the things I do, people around me, both in my team, in the office, and even global HR and business colleagues I interact daily. The atmosphere in the head office is very familial, which is great.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary range is quite good and midpoint I would say for my role across the industry and higher compared to overall US across all industries. Non-monetary benefits are good, however, medical insurance is not the best one in terms of price and deductibles, but coverage network is good.
