I've been working in this industry and company since Dec 1987, I've had may different roles. Since September 1991 I've had several different leader roles, from Working foreman, production manager, department manager for 4 different locations to Technical and QA manager for the whole company.

I've been working in this business for more than 30 years. I have worked in almost all levels in this business except from finance and as GM. Builded up one site coming from one (1) to be 30 employees. Leader of four sites some years and more. Been involved in development of business, general.

Long history, little turnover of personnel over many years, in general. A lot of good competence in the technical department, the quality departments, and the operational environment.
