What is the best part about your compensation package?
401K is back to where it was before COVID.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working in Alaska we are somewhat remote, we are a tight knit working group.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team work, my HSE team works very well together and none of us could find success without the person next to us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are goal oriented and data driven but they value me as a person. They allow me time off with my family and are understanding of my personal commitments along with my job duties.
