The flexibility to work from home.

What makes you most happy at work?

I just enjoy what I do.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Its historical - employees from ITS were entitled, incompetent and most are related to each other creating a gang mentality, continuously using the Ethics Line to report colleagues they see as a threat

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Recognition to employees not considered 'operations'. Corp employees outside U.S are completely excluded from recognition, bonuses despite value add etc. It would be great if roles were understood to be graded correctly. LT can act on misconduct that proven-conflicts, nepotism.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Some are treated better than others. Privileged few get their families relocated, extremely highly paid, business class tickets based on their relationships. Others who add value, work completely independently don't even have the budget to travel coach or money to improve workflows.
