What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about our team is that we all are working to achieve common goals. We all work together easily, and jump in to help and provide guidance whenever there is opportunity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was asked to give 8% salary back in 2020, since I have received minimal pay increases, totaling approximately 11%. So since 2020 I have received 3% in pay increases while inflation has increased drastically since 2020.
