I love the work environment and the opportunity to learn. However, the ability to advance internally is limited.

Learning new things and implementing them in our daily work lives.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There were two interviews and the response was very fast, unlike some of the other interviews I have had.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no bonuses or stock options available and the raises are very minimal. A performance based bonus would be nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone interacts with you in a very positive manner. Things do take a little while to get done but they do get done and the results are great.
