We are in a very competitive area, so our company pays accordingly. I like that we are not only compensated for doing our job well, but are able to receive bonus compensation for hitting goals and for going above and beyond.

We leverage data and experience to make decisions. We are also focused on what we need to get done to contribute so there is no gray area or missed opportunities

One of the most positive aspects of our company culture is that we are a team of doers. It's expected that we will all dig in and contribute in meaningful ways. We expect everyone to be a game changer in their area of responsibility.

I really liked how many people within the organization I got to meet before coming on. It gave me a good idea of who I would be working with. I was especially impressed by how smart everyone was. I really wanted to work at a place where I could learn a lot and I feel like I get that at Pattern.
