I have had a wonderful experience so far and I am really thankful to have had an opportunity to grow and explore new roles within the company. Additionally, the company's vision and mission, are both items that I feel are constantly being thought of and brought to our members.

Overall, this is the first company where I am excited to interact with my coworkers and the work I complete on a daily basis.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really love my immediate team. Everyone is really driven and even with that, there is a good work/life balance.

Everyone, regardless of team or position, seem really committed to creating high quality hardware, content, clothes, and experiences for our members on a daily basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment fosters an opportunity for everyone to bring the best version of themselves, on a daily basis, which allows for a productive and positive environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team, as a whole, seem really invested in the overall vision and future of our company. There seems to be a large commitment to ensure Peloton is the best place to work, regardless of job title/position.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free Peloton classes! Honestly, it might sound silly but having the ability to go into the studio (pre-Covid of course) and having a free sub for my bike/digital sub has been a blessing and I am really thankful for that.
