a very tight group that is reliable and very empathic that you can answer and ask for things and they will guide and help
What do you like best about the leadership team?
although sometimes they don't actually respond to questions, they are still at arms reach and are approachable, with the understanding that sometimes the answer to questions is just burocratic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
always trying to make things right and being able to make an impact, and also when the company gives you the time to take care of your health by providing the space to exercise or have a healthy break
