I would feel better about my compensation if my base salary were increased.
What makes you most happy at work?
1. I am compensated well. 2. My manager gives me plenty of autonomy, but also provides critical feedback if I can do something better. 3. The people I work with from day to day are positive. 4. The project work is fun.
What are some of the best things about your team?
1. The members of my immediate team bring positive energy to work every day and are always ready to collaborate. 2. The members of other teams in my organization, even the ones I don't work with directly, are always ready and willing to share knowledge.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
1. Other people in my organization (and even people that I've met outside of my organization) are ready and willing to collaborate and/or share knowledge. 2. My manager supports me, but also gives me feedback I can learn and grow from. 3. Town hall meetings are engaging. 4. Our videos are all fun!
