
I really like the supportive culture Peloton offers, we are inclusive and still maintain individuality. Can we do more, yes, however, this is the best place I have ever worked.
I appreciate that they trust me and take me as an expert. With the vast impact my team has on the business, if I had to justify everything prior to taking action, we would fail. They are supportive and want to be informed but do not block the team from taking action to solve our challenges.
I appreciate the equity and cash component of my comp. I do have some concern about new team members of equal title coming in at higher compensation ranges in the Dir.+ levels and that true ups only bring me up to the entry for a new range. Leadrshp has done a good job of offsetting this with equity
