A very good company. If you're trying to grow as an engineer, there's no better place for opportunity.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Some of the most talented engineers I've ever worked with.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Overall I have worked with very humane and personable coworkers

What makes you most happy at work?

Working on new products and building new things. Its exciting to build from scratch and there's a lot of opportunity to do that at Peloton.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I'm not sure what to say about William, but I'll say that John Foley is definitely a man of the people- a CEO that supports Black Lives Matter, wants diversity at the executive level, and cares about democratizing fitness for everyone. He falls short of his ideals sometimes but overall a good man.
