The culture really is incredible. The job and role is extremely challenging and the days are very long but I'm extremely impressed by the executive team, the monthly meetings that are very honest, and the way there is no bureaucracy or too much hierarchy is refreshing.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
The are honest and transparent. Peloton executives create a culture of open dialogue whether that is good/bad/ugly. I appreciate the radical candor displayed here.
