I feel like this is where I have always wanted to work and I honestly hope this is the last job I ever have. The downside is that there is no off switch. Emails never stop late into the night or on the weekends, the phone never stops ringing and the expectation to always be available is taxing.

Being able to have a voice and feel like my opinion matters to impacting the big picture goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were told that our pay would be getting assessed for a year until it actually happened. Once it did happened, our direct reports received their 3rd increase in a year and now some of my direct reports make close to what I am making.
