They are such and inviting group that is so open to hearing strategic ideas from the bottom up good or bad

they care about us as people and work life balance and mental health which is rare to find in employers in my opinion

my team are people i genuinely get along with that share the same motivation to work and have fun doing it that i do
What makes you most happy at work?
Everyone at peloton loves peloton. my last company they had a good product but not happy employees and it made it really hard to be proud to work there. Here i feel so happy to tell everyone where i work and how i love it
