actually caring and not showing favoritism towards certain individuals based upon hobbies/likes,dislikes/college attended etc
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think a better work from home technology would be amazing, some companies like State Farm set up their work from home employees up for success (i.e, equipment etc.)
