Solving challenging problems and working with smart and kind people makes me happy. We are able to learn from other people in other departments and I enjoy learning new technologies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team pulls together. We enjoy collaborating on projects and have fun during our team events. Everyone is very helpful and have different strengths so we can all learn from each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing I've noticed is even though there are a lot of differences between us as individuals, people are kind and respectful. If you don't know something, someone will help you. There are resource groups available as well.
