Everyone is welcoming and inclusive. People are comfortable being personable and talking about non-work related things to build strong relationships. I'm always excited to meet new people and learn more about their work and their lives.
What makes you most happy at work?
I've always wanted to work at Peloton and I am excited to market a product I so wholeheartedly believe in. I love my projects and how I get to be creative. My manager is so fun and makes me excited about my work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone I've worked with is so kind and welcoming. They are excited to help me learn something new and willing to take the time to develop strong relationships across teams. I love how creative and smart people are and how it inspires others to bring their best.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My team is collaborative and welcoming to new ideas. Even though I'm new and young, they embrace my opinions and look to me to contribute. They help me make mistakes to learn. We love to laugh together and I feel like my team is invested in my professional and personal wellbeing.
