I find that Peloton is a lovely place to work because my team is competent, trusts each other, and supports each other. This extends to supporting my gender and pronouns by often offering their own and using mine correctly!

My team is kind and thoughtful, even under pressure!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
So much to build, and people who are excited to build it!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is present and involved in strategic decisions, but has a great balance of trust in their team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 529 contribution! This was a big sign to me that Peloton cares about attracting and retaining parents, which as a mom I really value.
