People feel comfortable being themselves - we laugh, talk, and enjoy each others company (virtually!) while still working hard
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Peloton leadership team takes real tangible steps to make this a great team. At past companies I've worked for, the leadership team would talk about making changes and adapting to fit the needs of employees...but at Peloton, the leadership team actually does make changes.
