They have very clear goals they are driving the business towards and are super transparent with the entire org about how we are doing in terms of reaching those goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is super engaged, believes in the long term vision of the product and invested in doing their part to make the Peloton product the best out there. The product team in particular is extremely collaborative and supportive of our peers, always celebrating each others wins.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just as we put our members first, I truly feel from leadership that they put employees first. We are encouraged to take time off, focus on priorities outside of work, and maintain a good work life balance. This allows people to unplug when needed so they can bring their best selves to work
