The stock plan, the opportunity to earn more 2x per year, and the ESPP are pretty great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A *genuine* celebration of diversity. A lot of companies use a lot of words around diversity and inclusion. Peloton means it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Incredibly reasonable and down to earth, they explain their decisions and in more than 2 years working here I've never found fault with their thinking.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have an incredible team of dedicated, hard working, low politic members. Everyone is trying to help. In two years I think I've only run into one person where I thought maybe they were not being the most helpful, and that instance really stood out as being so rare. That says a lot.
