Very under paid in today's world. Yet the Executives are Very Very well compensated. The front line employees make the Train run but get nothing.

WORKING AT MY OWN PACE. BUT I'M EFFICIENT.

Some of them have worked the front line so they know what it's like to be in the Trenches.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great team it has been better in the past. So we're still learning to gel with each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are under paid and our Healthcare benefits are outrageous. We are not offered SICK DAYS NOR PERSONAL DAYS. And not enough vacation time.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
IT needs to change from the TOP. I feel like PEPSI From the VERY VERY TOP Is not known for taking care of their employees.
