PepsiCo treats their employees as disposable and are not afraid to let them know that. They base their work week on 47 hours a week so their talk of family values and home time is nothing more than lies.

We regularly work 12+ hours a day and many times a year have been made to work 17 hours straight. they then expect us to go home sleep a few hours and come back to do it again, no bonuses, no double time, nothing.

All of the leadership team needs to be working together, sticking to the same rules. The rules change constantly and often feel like they're made up on the go. The overall morale of the Warehouse is bad.
