they are obsessed with making the numbers look good and pushing product on to their reps and then blame them when it doesn’t sell or stores become unhappy. Regionally, spend money in ad space, put seltzer’s and pure leaf in the ad at market basket on a regular basis and sales will go up.

The bonus is not a regular occurrence. We were given a bonus this year as part of a tax cut the company realized. My annual salary is competitive and fair.

Extremely underpaid for the hours worked. They give salespeople no breakdown of commissions so you know really know what you’re making. They won’t give it to you even if you ask for it.
