What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Frontline is not motivated. Midlevel managers are overtaxed with irrelevant tasks. Forced to deal with bad attitudes and subpar performance from the people they oversee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because the company's success is documented. I would feel better if my compensation was commensurate with the current economic situation in our location and accross the country.
