What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A lot of things especially valuing their employees at the Torrance/Carson facility.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To many changes within the Merch management positions, we need estability managers that stay 4/6 years not every 1 or so and then they move that why it's hard to be loyal to this company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
You need to come down to the Torrance/Carson facility and see for your selfs. All I could say is a lot of us are not happy working there a few have move on to other companies and a lot of us are following the same path it's time to move on.
