
They need to look at their employees for the work that they do and not judge them because they don't have the "look" that Pepsi is looking for.
They have people in management positions that were possibly qualified to have their positions at the time they received them, but unfortunately they have failed to evolve and the business looks to have passed them by.
It feels as though one department is fighting against another department. Nothing of any consequence gets done because it feels a though everyone is looking for a scapegoat for problem instead finding a positive solution to a problem.
