Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We regularly work 12+ hours a day and many times a year have been made to work 17 hours straight. they then expect us to go home sleep a few hours and come back to do it again, no bonuses, no double time, nothing.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They will hire anyone because its a revolving door of people coming and going. no one wants to come into work unsure of when they may leave for the pay the receive. peoples attitudes are usually toxic because we may work 8 hours one day and come in the next to 12+ hours.
